What we collect

If you take the interview: your answers (your idea, your customers, your taste) and the email you choose to leave. That's it — no account, no tracking pixels following you around the internet, no data brokers.

If you unlock our journey page, we keep the email you unlocked it with so we can follow up — that's its only use.

Where it goes

Your brief goes to the partners who run the studio, in our private workspace, and a copy goes to your inbox. It's read by people deciding whether we can build your business together — never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used to train anything.

What we'll never do

• Sell or rent your information. To anyone. Ever.
• Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. One brief, one reply.
• Use your idea for anything except evaluating and building your business. Your idea stays yours — it says so on the front page, and it applies here too.

Want it gone?

Email hello@userintheloop.com and we'll delete your brief and your email from our records — same business day, with a confirmation reply.
